We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute paid marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive conversions and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).">
  • Develop ad strategies, audience segmentation, and retargeting to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).">
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.">
  • Monitor key performance metrics (Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), ROAS, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV)) and provide data-driven insights.">
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.">
  • Stay updated with Meta's latest ad policies, tools, and algorithm changes.">

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands.">
  • A proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget ad campaigns.">
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics.">
  • A deep understanding of audience targeting, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization.">
  • Experience in jewelry, fashion, or luxury brands is a plus.">
  • The ability to create compelling ad copies and guide the creative team on best practices.">
