Digital Marketing Expert for Meta Ads

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of consumer behavior, and hands-on experience in scaling D2C brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms to drive conversions and return on ad spend.
- Ad Strategy Development: Develop ad strategies, audience segmentation, and retargeting to maximize return on investment.
- Creative Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Data Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with Meta's latest ad policies, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for D2C brands.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget ad campaigns.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics.
- Audience Targeting: Deep understanding of audience targeting, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Brand Experience: Experience in jewelry, fashion, or luxury brands is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Ability to create compelling ad copies and guide the creative team on best practices.
- Growth Mindset: Performance-driven mindset with a passion for growth marketing.
