Job Opportunity:

The key objective of this role is to ensure that all IT infrastructure, systems, and processes are compliant with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive validation strategies aligned with business needs
  • Ensure scalability, resilience, and compliance throughout the infrastructure lifecycle management
  • Validate installation, configuration, and performance of servers, networks, storage, and virtualization systems
  • Review and approve system qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) and reports
  • Enforce security validation checks to safeguard data and systems
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations through regular audits
  • Provide guidance to IT professionals in validation activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems support organizational objectives
  • Evaluate vendor systems and solutions for compliance with validation requirements
  • Maintain detailed validation documentation, protocols, and reports
  • Provide periodic validation performance reports to management and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 9 to 11 years of experience in IT validation, infrastructure management, or quality/compliance functions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in team collaboration, vendor management, and regulatory compliance audits
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and timelines

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proficiency in IT system validation methodologies and lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure (servers, networks, virtualization, storage, and backup systems)
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical documentation
  • Experience in audit preparation and compliance reporting
