Technical Innovation Consultant

The role of Technical Innovation Consultant plays a pivotal part in bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and real-world business applications. This position requires an individual with technical expertise who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with senior leadership to drive customer-centric solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with our Head of Implementation to tackle complex customer challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Identify, analyze, and solve real-world business problems by creating software solutions that directly impact customer success.
  • Drive the integration of cutting-edge tools and emerging technologies into customer workflows and business processes.
  • Design and implement custom workflows, automations, and integrations using a visual development environment to solve complex business challenges.
  • Work on implementing and testing new software capabilities that push the boundaries of what's possible for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience building new software or implementing emerging technologies in business contexts, a strong understanding of system architecture, design solutions, and build complex integrations, as well as proficiency in written and verbal English for client communication.

Requirements
  • Visual Development Proficiency: Experience with drag-and-drop workflow builders and visual development platforms.
  • Technical Foundation: Strong technical background required - ability to understand system architecture, design solutions, and build complex integrations (development experience in any programming language strongly preferred).
  • CohesivAI Platform: Willingness and ability to quickly master our proprietary CohesivAI platform while applying technical understanding to build robust, scalable solutions.
  • Business Integration Understanding: Familiarity with how emerging technologies can be integrated into business workflows and processes.
  • System Integration: Experience connecting different software systems and data sources.
  • English Communication: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English for client communication.
