Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Chief Technology Solutions Architect to lead our team in designing and developing secure software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, particularly in the security domain, and a strong understanding of government certification processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop secure software solutions that meet government certification requirements.
  • Lead the development of quantum-safe network protocols and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security features into various products.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience.
  • Proven experience in software development, particularly in the security domain.
  • Strong knowledge of government certification processes and standards.
  • Expertise in quantum-safe cryptography and network security.
  • Experience with Nokia Optical Networks.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
  • Familiarity with cryptographic algorithms and protocols.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or similar.
