Job Overview

This role is responsible for supporting the execution of risk transformation initiatives within the organization. As a Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring timely completion and effective stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project management support in executing risk transformation initiatives.
  • Assist in managing the complete project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans to ensure timely completion and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including managers, executives, SMEs, and consultants.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in PMO with strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, and Teams Planner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to tailor messages for different audiences and build constructive relationships.
Education and Certifications
  • Project Management certifications desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
