Job Title: HR Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Executive. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit formalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

Employee Records & HR Systems

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Payroll & Benefits

  • Manage payroll operations including PF/ESI compliance and tax deductions.
  • Collaborate with finance to process monthly payroll.
  • Administer employee benefits and leave management.

Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
  • Update and communicate HR policies as needed.

Qualifications: Graduation
Experience: 1-3 years in HR Operations
