Job Overview

The HR Professional is responsible for overseeing the entire human resources function, including recruitment, employee administration, benefits administration, and performance management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and onboard new employees to meet business needs.
  • Administer employee records, benefits, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Additional Duties:
  • Process employee transactions, such as salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
