Job Title: Research Expert

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to support our business development and project documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research on potential clients, architectural projects, government tenders, and competitors, identifying key trends and opportunities.
  • Track RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and other bidding opportunities from public and private sectors, ensuring timely submission of proposals.
  • Prepare client profiles, project briefs, and analysis reports to assist the Business Development team in making informed decisions.
  • Coordinate with online tendering portals and procurement platforms, maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

Documentation Management:

  • Maintain and organize all documentation related to architectural projects (drawings, contracts, approvals, correspondences), ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams.
  • Track project progress documentation including timelines, deliverables, and revisions, providing stakeholders with regular updates.
  • Ensure timely filing and secure storage of physical and digital documents as per company protocol, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times.
  • Update and maintain document control logs, guaranteeing compliance with industry standards.

Business Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Prepare regular MIS reports for project status, submissions, document tracking, and business leads, providing actionable insights for business growth.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other marketing documents, showcasing our expertise and capabilities.
  • Support audit requirements by ensuring proper document trails, maintaining transparency and accountability.

Collaboration:

  • Liaise with internal design and project teams to collect required documentation, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
