Job Description

The primary goal of this role is to provide comprehensive security services, design and execute loss prevention initiatives, and ensure asset protection in designated areas of responsibility. This Security Asset Manager will assist in mitigating product loss and maintaining customer satisfaction in accordance with Global Security guidelines and policies.

This cross-functional role requires effective collaboration with stakeholders from business and corporate functions. Daily activities involve planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing, and executing processes and procedures laid down by the organization and respective function.

The ideal candidate will identify areas of shrink at the FC, Sort center, and Delivery station level, including delivery partners. They will work closely with concerned stakeholders to mitigate the causes of theft, ensuring optimal resource utilization to maintain high-quality and timely support to Business teams.

A key responsibility of this role is conducting risk assessments for respective sites and working in accordance with security policies and guidelines. The ability to independently handle emergency/crisis situations and exercise excellent thought process and decision-making skills during ambiguous and complex situations is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Rationalization, Roster, and Review of Guard Force periodically to achieve optimum results and perform more with less.
  • Training and development of Guard Force on processes and procedures to be followed.
  • Implementation & Follow-up of Security Plan.
  • Review of Post Site Instructions.
  • Reports - Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Half-yearly, and Annual.
  • Patrolling Observations & Corrective action and follow-ups.
  • Ensure YMS and TBS compliance are met.
  • Ensure all posts are 4M & 5S compliant.

Additionally, this role involves audits/certifications, process improvement, loss prevention programs, security systems, and loss prevention analysis. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of security equipment and technology, experience in managing or coordinating security investigations of complex nature, and knowledge of information security processes and systems.

Requirements
  • University degree level or equivalent through experience and professional certification.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years in Security and Loss Prevention role, law enforcement, or security-related profession.
  • Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of security equipment and technology.
  • Experience in managing or coordinating security investigations of complex nature.
  • Knowledge of information security processes and systems.
  • Experience in security auditing.
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
