Job Title: Benefits Configuration Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Configuration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a strong understanding of benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles, as well as supporting open enrollment and life event processing.

Additionally, the role will involve developing and troubleshooting fast formulas, HCM extracts, and HDL data loads, building and maintaining BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards, and collaborating with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with SMEs to ensure that all requirements and designs are aligned with industry standards.

Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 years in benefits configuration
  • Understanding of benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows
  • Proficiency in building/modifying extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and fast formulas
  • Experience with HCM extracts and third-party integrations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM)
Working Arrangements:

The role will require full-time attendance on the HR POD, attending daily stand-up calls and working to deliver stories within the sprint.

The successful candidate will work closely with the SME to ensure that all requirements and designs are aligned with industry standards.
