About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Studio Manager to oversee our studio's day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing team members, liaising with retail partners, coordinating projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.
This includes maintaining accounting records, inventory management, ensuring the studio's presentation is up to the highest standards, and facilitating communication between departments.
About You- You have strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in sales with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets is essential.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
- You can inspire and motivate a team.
- A relevant background in design or textile industry is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Design, or a related field is necessary.
