Job Title: Digital Adoption Specialist

About the Job: Key Responsibilities

  • Work with our global customers to identify their target audiences' training needs, acquire an understanding of customer applications and processes to derive actionable insights and use cases to improve digital adoption.
  • Manage numerous projects, initiatives, and engagements concurrently.
  • Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects and be compliant throughout.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to our customers.
  • Consult, Ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to our customers using Whatfix Product Ecosystem.
  • Review, analyze, and optimize solutions to increase digital adoption usage by end-users.

Required Expertise:

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in any of the following domains - Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management and Software Development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders, understand the purpose of various customer business and enterprise applications, processes, and user personas.
  • Strong learning appetite to become an expert on Whatfix Products through Certification Programs.
  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment with an inclination to solve issues, bottlenecks and problems with an analytical mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies.
  • Worked in one or many industries verticals from the following - IT, ITES, Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG and Oil and Gas.
  • Knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, etc. such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, iCertis, etc would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML will be an advantage.
