Job Title: Product Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer/Analytics Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in enabling data-driven decisions across the business by turning data into insights that influence product direction, customer success, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop, and Maintain Scalable ETL Pipelines: Using Python, design and develop scalable ETL pipelines to support data ingestion, transformation, and integration from multiple sources.
  • A/B Testing Frameworks and Experiment Analysis: Develop and maintain A/B testing frameworks, track key metrics, and analyze experiment results to inform product strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to develop and drive product strategy and new feature development.
  • Customer Success and Revenue Growth: Analyze customer and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support revenue growth and improve customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, advanced SQL skills, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
