Kapiva, a modern ayurvedic nutrition brand, seeks a skilled Marketing Content Specialist to join its team.

We're a young and ambitious organization, driven by a passion for healthy living and a commitment to bringing India's ancient food traditions to modern-day consumers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience in copywriting, with a strong background in performance advertising, content management, and writing across different mediums.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to create engaging content for all paid marketing efforts, including Facebook ads, Marketplace ads, Videos, Content Marketing, PR content, and other marketing materials.

About the Job:

  • Develop creative copies and scripts for digital ads across various formats, based on product briefs.
  • Execute and manage Kapiva's content creation primarily across paid advertising mediums and social media.
  • Develop a clear strategy and vision for content campaigns and manage a team of content writers, video specialists, and/or freelancers.
  • Research, write, edit, and proofread all levels of copy, including headlines and body copy, for online, offline, external, and internal needs.
  • SUPPORT THE SALES CHANNELS in developing sharp communication targeted at consumers across the customer lifecycle.
  • SUPPORT THE MARKETING FUNCTION in developing world-class content communication in the themes of health, wellness, and Ayurveda.
  • Liaise with designers, freelancers, agencies, etc as required to achieve the organization's content objectives.
  • Continuously innovate and tap latest trends to push the bar on Kapiva's content quality.

We're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree required; a postgraduate degree or diploma in communications is preferred.
  • 0-3 Years of experience in copywriting with 2+ years of ad agency background.
  • Ability to come up with creative ideas with strong storytelling skills.
  • Fundamental understanding of digital advertising.
  • Experience with video scripting and mood boarding is a plus.
  • Pasionate about building a consumer brand.

Salary: ₹12-18 lakhs per annum (depending on experience) + bonus structure, which includes stock options and profit-sharing plans.
