As a Corporate KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for performing due diligence on Institutional clients across all risks- low, medium and high.

  • You will conduct thorough reviews of client documents, utilizing public searches, registries and client websites to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Frequent interaction with both internal and external clients is required, where you will effectively communicate and source KYC information.
  • You will lead the team by example, ensuring that each member is guided towards achieving stakeholder expectations.
  • Mandatory documents and reports must be obtained as per KYC requirements, while also identifying politically exposed persons, sanctioned, Adverse Information on individuals and entities, and mitigating risks associated with financial crimes.
  • You will implement additional steps to validate KYC risk compliance, based on research of customer records.
  • A regular review of processes and areas will be conducted to stay up-to-date with new developments and improve efficiency.
  • Data and documents must be properly entered (scanned and archived) into systems, while also ensuring files pass all quality and control reviews. Any concerns or issues should be escalated as needed, in accordance with company guidelines and local requirements.
