Job Summary:

As a Project Lead and Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading project teams, developing and implementing effective project management methodologies, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.

  • Develop and implement effective project management methodologies and tools to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all aspects of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, verify and validate existing frameworks, policies, procedures and risk and control matrices for theoretical soundness.
  • Identify and document control weaknesses and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls.
  • Contribute to the firm-wide risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) exercise and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Meet business needs and regulatory expectations for assessing key aspects of each area under review.
  • Demonstrate independence in planning and stakeholder engagement, testing design and execution, results interpretation and presentation, and the production of documentation strong enough to evidence a sound challenge to both internal and external parties.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that address operational risk and governance standards.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, regulators, and other external parties.

Requirements:

  • 5-12 years of experience in operational risk management, with a focus on incident management, third party risks, business continuity planning, and loss data.
  • Experience in leading and managing project teams, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of process risk and controls, along with associated compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to write and speak fluently in English.
