Content Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to join our mission of empowering India's billion-plus population to become content creators. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with influencers to drive successful campaigns and partnerships.

Role Overview

The Content Marketing Specialist will identify, onboard, and maintain a diverse portfolio of exclusive influencers aligned with our objectives. This includes:

  • Engaging influencers across social media platforms who resonate with our brand values
  • Building long-term relationships with influencers as the primary point of contact for all communication and coordination
  • Collaborating with account managers and clients to develop influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and deliverables with influencers to ensure all terms and conditions are met
  • Evaluating and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding influencer partnerships and sponsored content
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital marketing trends. They will also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
