Post-Purchase Journey Optimizer

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our post-purchase journey for our marketplace. This role will oversee seller dispatch readiness and 3PL performance, ensuring reliability, cost efficiency, and a smooth retailer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee timely packing, order readiness, and minimal post-order Out Of Stock (OOS) situations.
  • Manage 3PL relationships and hold them accountable on pickup/delivery Service Level Agreements (SLAs), cost, and quality.
  • Optimize allocation, reduce transit exceptions, damages, and returns.
  • Partner with Operations & Customer Support to lower contact rates, resolve Where Is My Order (WISMO) issues, and ensure timely ticket closure.
  • Track penalty recovery, claims realization, and highlight leakage (lane delays, packer/station misses, weight mismatches).
Requirements:
  • 4–7 years in e-commerce logistics, 3PL operations, or supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of seller dispatch operations, 3PL contracts, On-Time Delivery (OTD), Return To Origin (RTO), and cost levers.
  • Proficient with dashboards, Excel/Sheets; SQL/BI a plus.
  • Bias for action, strong vendor management, and structured problem-solving.
