As a Junior/Senior Architect at our esteemed organization, you will be responsible for leading architectural design, municipal drawings, massing, 3D renders, and project coordination.

You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure seamless execution of construction projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have experience working with architects/PMCs, knowledge of society redevelopment, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to present plans and feasibilities to clients/societies effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning & Designing in Auto Cad
  • Measurement of flat areas from BMC approved plans & redrawing in Auto Cad
  • Preparation of Project Reports / Feasibility Reports in collaboration with the architectural team/CEO/MD
  • Presentation of Plans & feasibilities to Society/Clients
  • Reporting on Progress of project
  • Experience in Reading Property Documents/Land records etc. required in redevelopment
  • Brief Understanding of Legal Documents/Title Documents etc.
  • Preparing & Finalizing Project Tender & BOQ
