Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Biopharmaceutical Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing biopharmaceutical studies to support drug discovery and development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute studies to characterize the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of biologics, including antibodies, therapeutic proteins, and peptides.
  • Apply innovative techniques for function-based identification and selection of lead candidates with strong focus on DMPK profiling.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the quantification of biologics using LC-MS/MS, MSD, and ELISA platforms.

Requirements:

  • M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Ph.D. with 5 years' experience in DMPK or related field.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of DMPK principles, including PK/PD, toxicology, and translational sciences.
  • Expertise in bioinformatics tools such as BioPharma Finder, MaxQuant, Spectronaut, and other relevant analytical software.
  • Proficient in Excel software and interpersonal skills.
