Business Development Director

Job Summary:
The Sales Director drives revenue growth by proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, ensuring timely service delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
Candidate Profile:
A successful candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or related field and at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building lasting business relationships that drive revenue growth
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of sales calls, meetings and correspondence
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies and drive results
- Analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights
- Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues and senior management to achieve business objectives
- Supporting the development of sales teams and providing coaching and mentoring as needed
- Driving sales performance through effective planning, execution and follow-up
- Enhancing the overall customer experience through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Conducting market research to stay informed about competitors, trends and emerging opportunities
