About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Architect to spearhead high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from conceptualization to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing, as well as exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities include leading project teams, mentoring junior architects, and ensuring adherence to local building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee architectural design for high-end projects from concept to execution
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to understand project requirements
  • Develop detailed architectural drawings, presentations, and documentation using industry-standard tools
  • Evaluate compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices
  • Review and approve design modifications, material specifications, and construction techniques
  • Supervise project progress, conduct site visits, and coordinate with contractors
  • Mentor junior architects and manage project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing premium architecture projects
  • A proven track record in overseeing end-to-end design and execution of luxury or high-end projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other relevant software
  • Strong leadership, team management, and client-handling abilities
  • Detailed-oriented with a passion for design innovation and quality

Preferred:

  • Experience working with reputable architectural consultancies or luxury project developers
  • Knowledge of sustainable/green building practices and certifications (e.g., LEED)
  • Multilingual proficiency will be an added advantage
