Machine Learning Manager Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of AI and data science experts in developing and implementing solutions that address complex business challenges across various industries.

As a Machine Learning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of machine learning models, from data preprocessing and algorithm selection to performance evaluation and seamless integration into production systems.

  • Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to transform business strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize, develop, and deliver machine learning models tailored to meet specific business objectives.
  • Build and mentor a high-performance team of talented data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Translate complex business problems into AI/ML solutions by leveraging advanced techniques such as generative AI, deep learning, and NLP, ensuring measurable outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a candidate with 8-15 years of experience, including at least 2 years of experience in Generative AI. A fine-tuning experience of Large Language Models (LLMs, VLLMs, or Vision model) is required.

The ideal candidate should have distributed training or inference experience with frameworks like Ray, vllm, openllm, bentoML etc., as well as experience working with Vector databases like Milvus, FAISS, ChromaDB etc.

  • Prompt engineering skills
  • Keeping up with latest market trends
  • Experience working with public cloud providers such as Azure, AWS or GCP
  • Container technology like Docker, ECS etc.
  • DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for data solutions
  • Deploying solutions to production with Kubernetes or OpenShift
  • Managing ML workflows with MLFlow or KubeFlow.
