Job Title: Sr. Visual Communications SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Visual Communications Specialist to lead our design team and oversee the production of high-quality visual content.Role Summary:Around 70% of your time will be spent designing and producing client assets directly, from graphics and storyboards to social media creatives and campaign visuals. The remaining time will be dedicated to quality oversight, mentoring, and ensuring smooth delivery across projects.This role requires someone who can execute at a high standard, while also guiding others to raise their work to that level. Every asset leaving the design team should be client-ready, on brand, and impactful.Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality creative assets, including social media graphics, PDFs, decks, campaign visuals, ads, and storyboards.
  • Work on critical, high-priority projects directly to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Adapt designs quickly for different platforms (social, web, video, etc.), ensuring performance and usability.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines and assets.
  • Review all creative outputs for consistency, spacing, hierarchy, alignment, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Act as the quality gatekeeper to minimize revisions and ensure assets are client-ready before they reach project managers.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to the design team that raises the bar beyond 'baseline' execution.
  • Mentor junior designers by sharing feedback rooted in design principles.
  • Help manage timelines, priorities, and workload allocation to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Partner with project managers and leadership to align creative execution with business and client needs.
  • Handle occasional queries related to creative assets, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
