Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Reinforcement Detailer to join our team.

About the Role

  • This position will involve preparing detailed reinforcement drawings for concrete structures in accordance with BS/Euro codes.
  • The successful candidate will utilize software such as Cads RC, AutoCAD, and Microstation proficiently to produce high-quality drawings.
  • A strong understanding of Revit basics is essential, with the ability to create and modify models.
  • The Reinforcement Detailer will collaborate effectively with design engineers to ensure drawings meet design requirements and specifications.
  • They will coordinate with other disciplines to ensure constructability and avoid clashes.
  • The role also involves producing bar bending schedules, detailing reports, and other related documentation.
  • The successful candidate will review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with codes and standards.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry standards and best practices is a key requirement of this position.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in RC detailing.
  • In-depth knowledge of BS/Euro codes for concrete design and detailing.
  • Proficiency in Cads RC, AutoCAD, and Microstation.
  • Strong understanding of Revit basics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
