Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physical Verification Engineer to lead our Physical Verification Process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical verification at block-level & chip-level, with expertise in LVS, DRC, ERC, PERC, Antenna, ESD and DFM.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Physical Verification Process, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  2. Develop and implement flow and automation for in-house productivity acceleration.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of physical verification checks.
  4. Contribute to the development of EDA tools and automation scripts.
  5. Drive innovation and improvement in physical verification processes and tools.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in physical verification at block-level & chip-level.
  • Expertise in LVS, DRC, ERC, PERC, Antenna, ESD and DFM.
  • Proficiency in Synopsys and Cadence based tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in custom cell lib characterization, macro lib characterization, and various technologies.
