Job Title

We're seeking a Social Media & Influencer Strategy Manager to lead the growth of our beauty and fashion brands across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.

This role blends content strategy, influencer collaboration, trend tracking, and cross-platform execution to keep our brand at the forefront of the digital beauty space.

About The Role

In this key position, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting research into what beauty and fashion brands are doing across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
  • Analyzing and sharing insights on high-performing content formats, trends, and tactics.
  • Developing a cross-platform content strategy that repurposes Instagram Reels effectively for YouTube Shorts and other channels.
  • Creating engaging and shareable content plans tailored specifically for YouTube Shorts.
  • Staying updated on YouTube Shorts trends, rules, and algorithm changes, and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborating with the influencer marketing team to identify relevant creators who align with the brand's tone and trends.
  • Guiding influencers on brand alignment and ensuring their content fits seamlessly into our broader storytelling.
  • Developing presentations and strategy decks showcasing key social media trends and competitor activity.
  • Working with the creative team to turn insights into compelling visuals and actionable plans.
  • Continuously monitoring social media trends, especially within the beauty industry, to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media strategy and execution across platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the beauty industry and digital content trends.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing influencer collaborations and creative teams.
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and trend monitoring platforms.
