Job Description

As a Condition Monitoring Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and efficiency of rotating equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and analyze condition-based data to identify potential faults and defects.

  • Provide engineer-level support on Condition Monitoring of Rotating Equipment
  • Condition monitoring of Rotating Equipment by using various condition monitoring techniques like vibration, oil analysis, thermography, videoscopy, etc
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • Accredited Vibration Analysis training Cat I
  • Knowledge of Condition Monitoring Data systems like CSIEmersonSKF and GE System1SmartSignal, various oil analysis techniques, wear particles, thermography, etc
  • Basic knowledge related to Rotating Equipment construction function and maintenance

Additionally, desirable qualifications include formal training in Condition Monitoring subject techniques from vendors, consultants, and reputed technical training institutes, certification in condition monitoring techniques, and overall experience of 4-6 years along with at least 2-3 years of Condition Monitoring in a Power Refinery Petrochemical Industry.
