Project Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Leader to drive the execution of concurrent projects, ensuring smooth delivery and quality outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Additionally, they will have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, APIs, cloud platforms, and basic AI/ML concepts.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute multiple projects concurrently, depending on complexity and team size.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and quality results.
  • Conduct sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to maintain clear communication and drive progress.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and proactively remove delivery roadblocks to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, scope, and quality, reporting project health through prescribed formats and dashboards.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams to foster collaboration and trust.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and team performance to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 4–5+ years of project management experience in software or AI/ML project environments.
  • Experience working directly with clients, including international stakeholders, is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira, is required.
  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and basic AI/ML concepts is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability is vital.
Nice to Have:
  • PMP or CSM certification can be advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience in a tech environment or with technical teams is beneficial.
