We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our Government e-Marketplace (GeM) operations and tender processes across various government sectors. This role is critical in expanding our presence in public sector IT solutions and building strong relationships with government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee GeM portal operations, including product catalog management, pricing updates, and order processing
  • Lead end-to-end tender management for IT government contracts, encompassing preparation, submission, and follow-up
  • Ensure adherence to government procurement policies, GeM guidelines, and tender specifications
  • Coordinate between internal technical teams and public sector clients to deliver tailored IT solutions
  • Analyze market opportunities in the government IT sector and prepare strategic proposals
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies in government tenders
  • Oversee documentation, contracts, and legal compliance for government projects
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in GeM operations and government tender management
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and policies
  • Experience with IT sector tenders, particularly in cybersecurity, data centers, or digital infrastructure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management tools
