Travel Operations Executive

We are seeking an exceptional Travel Operations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for delivering seamless travel experiences for high net worth individuals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for travel and excellent communication skills. They will be able to build rapport with customers, vendors, and colleagues alike.

In this role, you will oversee the entire holiday booking process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines. You will handle hotel bookings, flight confirmations, activity arrangements, and other travel elements to create personalized itineraries.

You will also effectively communicate with customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Additionally, you will handle customer escalations related to bookings and itinerary changes, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.

To succeed in this position, you will need to stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations. You will maintain accurate travel documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed before departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build comprehensive and personalized holiday itineraries
  • Handle hotel bookings, flight confirmations, and travel arrangements
  • Oversee the entire holiday booking process

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in holiday operations or a related field
  • Experience in handling hotel bookings, flight confirmations, and travel itineraries
  • Strong understanding of travel products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle customer escalations
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and MS Office Suite
