Job Title: Business Transformation Specialist

About the Opportunity

Capco, a global technology and management consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Business Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations function, you will work on high-profile projects with leading international and local banks, insurance companies, and payment service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review the Target Operating Model (TOM) delivery in the Hub, assessing consistency of account scope, sufficiency of the BSS reconciliation & substantiation process, adequacy of tooling & automation, assessment of staffing and location strategy, sufficiency of governance, key risk & performance indicators, and the MSS Operations BSS policy.
  • Conduct a gap analysis of the current BSS TOM against Germany's current operating model.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in best practice target operating model design and implementation.
  • Ability to design and document complex process flows.
  • Experience working within a global operations function.
  • Knowledge of Capital Markets across asset classes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and navigate ambiguity.
