Job Opportunity

We are seeking an analytical professional to join our team as a Kinaxis Expert.

This role involves utilizing advanced analytical skills to provide insightful recommendations to clients.

  • The candidate will be responsible for meeting with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • They will perform quantitative and observational data analyses to identify key areas of improvement.
  • The expert will present tailored recommendations to clients based on analysis results.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with supply chain planning software or equivalent.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • A deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation) and Advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
Technical Skills

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A deep functional and technical understanding of Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Advanced scripting experience using Kinaxis-specific languages for data manipulation and custom workflows.
  • Experience in integrating Kinaxis with enterprise systems using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware.
  • Ability to create, customize, and manage analytical reports and dashboards within Kinaxis, and optionally connect with BI platforms.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are desirable:

  • Experience in SCM Planning and Documentation.
  • Certification in Kinaxis Rapid Response Author or Contributor.
