We are seeking a highly skilled leader to spearhead our India operations.

About the Role

The Country Manager – India will be responsible for leading our full P&L ownership across all logistics services in India, developing and executing a pan-India strategy aligned with our global growth vision, and driving warehousing expansion (bonded + domestic) and integrated distribution solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full P&L ownership across all logistics services in India.
  • Develop and execute a pan-India strategy aligned with global growth vision.
  • Drive warehousing expansion (bonded + domestic) and integrated distribution solutions.
  • Scale IOR/EOR services (India–US, India–Africa, India–Middle East).
  • Expand business across chemicals, steel, automotive, and defense verticals.
  • Strengthen and scale project logistics practice.
  • Incubate 4PL control tower solutions, leveraging proprietary SCM platforms.
  • Expand and strengthen road logistics and partial truckload services, integrating warehousing and distribution to deliver high-margin domestic solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including DG/chemical/defense norms.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a multi-city, high-performance team with structured KPIs.
