Video Editor

We're seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience editing for ads and social media platforms, as well as proficiency in AI creative tools such as Gemini and Adobe Firefly.

As a Video Editor, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality edits, AI-assisted creative work, and campaigns that meet our performance metrics. You'll work closely with our marketing and media buying teams to deliver engaging and platform-optimized content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Editing short-form and long-form videos for ads, product explainers, social campaigns, and branded content.
  • Creating motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects that elevate storytelling.
  • Using AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, design, and video production.
  • Working closely with the performance marketing team to analyze video results and iterate creatives for maximum ROI.
  • Staying updated on social media trends, editing styles, and platform requirements (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Managing multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative quality.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Video Editor (agency/startup experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent tools).
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design.
  • Hands-on expertise with AI creative tools: Gemini, Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Recraft, Creatify, DALL·E 3.
  • Experience editing for ads and social media platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Understanding of marketing psychology and consumer engagement.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-quality edits, AI-assisted creative work, and campaigns.
