About our Video Editing role:

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who loves editing stories that move people emotionally and visually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit engaging short-form videos for various platforms.
  • Assist in structuring raw footage, selecting the best takes, and trimming content for pace and flow.
  • Add text overlays, sound design, transitions, and effects to elevate storytelling.
  • Collaborate with writers, directors, and social media teams to match video style with our visual identity.
  • Optimise content for each platform's best practices.

Requirements:

  • Available for full-time, on-site work.
  • Proficient in key editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or similar).
  • A keen eye for visual storytelling, pace, rhythm, and audio sync.
  • Familiar with trends and optimisation techniques for social media platforms.
  • Bonus: Understanding of colour grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics.
