Job Title: Compliance Governance Specialist

This role is responsible for supporting the organization's compliance framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, corporate governance, and internal policies. The successful candidate will work closely with the compliance team to manage documentation, regulatory filings, and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and other relevant guidelines.
  • Assist in regulatory reporting, filings, and compliance documentation.
  • Stay updated on changes in compliance regulations and update policies accordingly.
  • Corporate Governance:
  • Assist in maintaining statutory records, registers, and filings.
  • Support board and committee meeting documentation, including drafting minutes and resolutions.
  • Audits & Risk Management:
  • Coordinate internal and external audits related to compliance.
  • Identify compliance risks and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain and update compliance reports, dashboards, and regulatory submissions.
  • Support in preparing disclosures, agreements, and policy updates.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to streamline compliance procedures.
  • Ensure timely resolution of compliance-related concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and listing compliance. Proficiency in compliance documentation, regulatory filings, and audit coordination is essential.

A Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 3-5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory reporting, or corporate governance is required. Additional legal or finance qualifications are a plus.
