Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts in the experiential marketing domain. As a Key Account Manager, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and develop tailored brand experience solutions to meet client objectives.

You will work closely with our internal creative, strategy, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns and achieve revenue targets through effective account management and upselling opportunities. Additionally, you will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the BTL space, and prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.

As a strategic advisor to our clients, you will provide insights that add value to their brand campaigns, leveraging your knowledge of BTL activations, events, promotions, and brand experience marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in business development, sales, or client servicing within advertising, events, or BTL industry;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships;
  • Strategic thinking with a creative problem-solving approach;
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales/revenue targets;
  • A graduate/postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 3–7 years of experience in business development or client servicing (preferably in BTL/advertising/event management).
