Job Description
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 3-6 years' experience in architectural drafting with architectural or engineering consultancy firms.
  • A degree in Civil Drafting or a related field is essential, along with certifications from ITI or TEB.
  • Proficiency in graphic software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch-up is required, with other software being an added advantage.
  • You must have a solid understanding of building and construction elements, materials, and processes, with a strong focus on detail.
  • Familiarity with town planning by-laws and development control regulations (DCR) is also necessary.
  • This role involves working closely with architects, preparing presentation materials, and coordinating internal teams for project deliverables.

In addition to your technical skills, we require excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with our cross-functional teams.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-6 years' experience in architectural drafting.
  • Relevant degree and certifications.
  • Proficiency in graphic software.
  • Strong understanding of building and construction elements.
  • Familiarity with DCR and town planning by-laws.

Preferred candidates will have experience working in Gujarat, but this is not a mandatory requirement.

What We Offer

As a Senior Architectural Drafting Specialist at RCPC, you can expect a competitive salary of ₹120,000 - ₹200,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
