Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, delivering guidance and support throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with customers to design and implement customized solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Develop and deliver engaging technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and methodologies to advise customers on product development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in field application engineering or customer-facing technical roles, preferably with a master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in designing or supporting complex SoC, from architecture definition to tape-out, addressing implementation challenges on advanced process nodes.
  • Familiarity with RAS and reliability for enterprise and infrastructure markets is a plus.
  • Understanding of functional safety standards and certification is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and partners at all levels.
