Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, customize, and maintain software applications to meet business requirements.
  • Configure workflows, automations, and dashboards for various departments.
  • Train internal teams on the effective usage of software tools.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of software apps with existing systems.
  • Provide continuous improvement recommendations for business processes through software tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing software solutions like ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
  • Project management skills with the ability to lead software implementation projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
