We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Customer Relationship Manager and Executive Assistant.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in apparel/fashion retail or B2B sales. They should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions (calls & in-person) and resolve service issues effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and service delivery.
  • Strengthen customer loyalty through proactive relationship management.
  • Support the Director with scheduling, communication, and daily coordination tasks.
  • Assist in merchandising-related discussions and provide insights from customer feedback.
  • Maintain organized reports, follow-ups, and documentation for both CRM & EA responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in apparel/fashion retail or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills with problem-solving ability.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Interest or background in fashion/merchandising (women's wear preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and coordination skills.
