About the Role

The Process Trainer plays a pivotal role in shaping the skills of new hires through comprehensive classroom and computer-based training sessions. This seasoned professional is responsible for managing training batches, often with a 1:20 trainer-to-trainee ratio.

This dynamic individual provides feedback and coaching to agents on process quality and best practices while offering ongoing support through On-the-Job Training (OJT). Key responsibilities include documenting feedback based on identified gaps from audits, participating in weekly calibration calls with clients or internal teams as needed, and conducting training sessions within specified timelines.

In addition to these tasks, the successful candidate will be responsible for assessing trainees' performance during tests, ensuring accurate database management, Tbase updates, daily reporting, and thorough analysis. Excellent communication skills are essential for this client-facing role, as well as flexibility to work varying shifts, preferably afternoons. Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Forms, Excel, and Word is also required.

To excel in this position, applicants should possess:

  • A graduate degree in any stream, not currently enrolled in regular courses
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in UK Mortgages, preferably E2E
  • Citizenship of India or eligibility to work in India
