About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our Services Group. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping bring together our product and service offerings with our client's needs, ensuring that our solutions align with industry workflows and best practices.

The Product Specialist will be responsible for enabling internal teams, designing client-specific requirements, demonstrating solutions and features, and driving the successful adoption of our products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the investment industry and asset classes, as well as strong product knowledge and ability to share best practices through workshops and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design customized solutions that align with client needs, leveraging end-to-end understanding of product features and industry workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Participate in the development of new features by collaborating with product teams, providing feedback, and helping to refine solutions through proof-of-concepts.
  • Enable internal teams, including Client Success, Implementation, Support, and Sales, on new or existing product features, training them on how to present, use, and sell these features effectively.
  • Conduct general and client-specific training with customers and partners, building and maintaining a Knowledge Base, Use Case Library, Standard Operating Procedures, and an Academy for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan, design, and lead demonstrations of product, new features, and client-specific requests.
  • Act as the expert focus for resolving escalations, ensuring client issues are addressed swiftly and effectively.
  • Conduct rigorous testing of new features and product updates, ensuring any issues are promptly identified and resolved.
  • Maintain the product's quality and reliability through a hands-on approach to testing and problem-solving.
  • Enable the Service teams to perform at their best by providing the tools, knowledge, and support they need.
  • Participate in presales assessments, providing technical and product expertise to support the commercial team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to demonstrate the value of our products, conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and contribute to the commercial effort.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience within the investment industry.
  • Experience of working with software platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of the investment industry and asset classes.
  • Strong product understanding and ability to share best practices through workshops and materials.
  • Skilled in designing tailored client solutions and translating technical/business needs into efficient workflows.
  • Experience in feature development collaboration with product teams.
  • Experience in training internal teams and clients on product features.
  • Expertise in conducting product demos, handling escalations, and building knowledge resources.
  • Hands-on experience in product testing, identifying issues, and ensuring quality.
  • Support engineering teams with feedback and maintain product reliability.
  • Provide technical expertise in presales and collaborate with sales teams on Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase product value.
