Restaurant Captain

ORCHID HOTEL is seeking a skilled Restaurant Captain to enhance our food and beverage service experience.

This critical role involves fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guest satisfaction, and promoting a safe and sanitary work environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate a team of servers and service staff to achieve excellent results.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, adhering to hotel and regulatory standards.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of food and beverage orders.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent guest service and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage gained from a 5-star international property.
