Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

This position is responsible for overseeing the management of our quality systems and ensuring compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, and client specifications.
  • Maintain QMS across various departments, appraise management on its effectiveness, and lead quality audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze customer complaints, resolve issues through investigation and root cause analysis, and provide training to staff on QMS requirements and testing standards.
  • Conduct regular quality checks for tests carried out in the laboratory using appropriate tools and equipment.

Quality System Management:

The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling management system documents, liaising with accreditation bodies regarding compliance, reviewing, approving, and issuing all quality management system documents.

Improvement and Compliance:

Identify deviations from procedures, initiate actions to prevent or minimize such deviations, coordinate, and supervise quality inspection and testing activities under ISO 9001 and ISO 17025.

Laboratory Collaboration:

Work closely with laboratory teams to ensure participation in proficiency testing, calibration, and maintenance of instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
