Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products meets the highest standards.

  • Implement and review our Food Safety and Quality Management System to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all products conform to specifications through process assurance from supply chain to consumer.
  • Manage practices, activities, and resources needed to meet quality goals and objectives.

You will be accountable for direct two-way traceability forward until consumers and backward until raw materials. Also, implement storage conditions for raw materials, auxiliary materials, and final products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensuring product quality as per company standards at optimal cost.
  2. Overall responsibility for implementing and reviewing Food Safety and Quality Management System.
  3. Complying with relevant statutory requirements including regulations.
  4. Ensuring all products conform to specifications through assurance of processes from supply chain to consumer.
  5. Complying with mandates for plant operation.
  6. Identifying, planning, documenting, and managing practices, activities, and resources needed to meet quality goals and objectives.
  7. Adhering to guidelines in manufacturing processes to ensure conformance to product specifications.
  8. Carrying out required tests for incoming raw materials, packaging materials, WTP, syrup preparation, and finished product.
  9. Direct responsibility for two-way traceability forward until consumers and backward until raw materials.
  10. Responsibility for implementation of availability of standard chemical reagents, verification of concentration, and calibration program for equipment.
  11. Responsibility for storage condition conformity for raw materials, NABB, auxiliary material, and final product.
