Electrical Vehicle Service Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for male candidates to join our team as Electrical Vehicle Service Specialists in Bangalore.
Role OverviewService Advisor Role:The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, customer service skills, and business acumen. Knowledge of 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler service and repair processes is essential, with a preference for 2W EV knowledge.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their service requirements, managing appointments, and conducting preliminary inspections of vehicles. The successful candidate will also create detailed job cards, coordinate with lead technicians, and ensure timely completion of service jobs.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction & Requirements Gathering:- Greet customers and understand their service requirements.
- Manage service appointments, ensuring timely flow and reducing customer wait times.
- Conduct a preliminary inspection of the vehicle with the customer to note down any visible issues or damage.
- Create a detailed Job card with vehicle data, diagnosis, estimated working hours, completion date, and estimate of costs.
- Explain the work to be done to the customer, providing cost estimation and necessary information.
- Explain the jobs mentioned on the job card to the Lead Technician.
- Coordinate with the Lead Technician to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of service jobs.
- Organize test drives with the Service Champion and Lead Technician to ensure accurate diagnosis.
- Obtain customer approval for any extensions to the service order and communicate this information to the Lead Technician.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, updating them on the progress of their vehicle service.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Upsell additional services and products when appropriate.
- Assist customers with the payment process, ensuring clarity in invoicing and handling any billing discrepancies.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and maintain records.
- Update customer feedback and escalate any unresolved complaints.
- Handover the vehicle to the customer, explaining the jobs completed during the service.
Education qualification: - Any Graduate or ITI in Electrical, or Diploma in Electrical & electronic Engg.
Compensation PackageUpto 23000 CTC including PF+ ESIC
