About the Role

In this role, you will lead the translation of research into actionable AI systems, designing architectures, guiding technical decisions, and driving measurable outcomes. You'll mentor junior engineers, collaborate with researchers and industry partners, and expand our impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and operationalize technical roadmaps for AI projects.
  • Design and deliver scalable, industry-relevant AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with faculty, researchers, and industry partners to define goals, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Lead project teams by providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and researchers.
  • Contribute to our mission of translating research into impactful solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
  2. Proven experience working on R&D-focused cross-disciplinary projects (minimum 3 years).
  3. Proficiency in system architecture, model design, and scalable implementation.
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Preferred Qualifications

Additional qualifications include:

  1. Experience in translating research into shipped solutions (e.g., prototypes, products, or platforms).
  2. Background in industry–academia collaborations, technology transfer, or original research initiatives.
  3. Familiarity with innovation ecosystems or applied research labs.
  4. Active connections within the AI, SaaS, or broader tech community.
